  • In partnership with the Columbus State Community College’s Business & Industry Training Division, PPI facilitate (8) “Executive Best Practices Forum.” The subjects included: Workforce 2020-Recruitment, Improving Employee Retention, Performance-Based Training and Development, and Succession Planning.

  • Conduct Focus Group meetings as a follow-up to a corporately administered Employee Opinion Survey to delineate key issues for upper level management.

  • Use IVR technology to conduct an Employee Opinion Survey reducing total cost to administer the survey as well as producing the results more quickly.

  • Partner with a software consulting firm to deliver a cost effective solution for a client’s informational needs, i.e. HRMS/Payroll.
